You would never buy a home without a contract and you shouldn't have a
home inspected without one, either.  Our service agreements serve a number
of beneficial purposes.  They clarify what expectations our clients should have
concerning our services, discuss important guidelines and create payment
terms.

Appointments for home inspections can be made on line.  Just download the
Home Inspection Service Agreement (below), print and sign then fax it to our
office.  Be sure each area of the agreement is completed.  If you need your
inspection price, please call our office.  Inspection fees are based on the size
of the home, the age of the home, and the location of the home.

Currently, the most available booking day of the week is Wednesday.
